We offer shipping to most regions within the contiguous mainland. At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside of the contiguous mainland. Orders placed for delivery to restricted areas will be canceled automatically, with a full refund issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Order processing time typically takes 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. This period includes order verification, quality inspection of your furniture, and preparation for shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays due to inventory shortages. If your item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with the estimated restock and shipping dates, and you may choose to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time varies based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for most destinations. For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons (such as holidays and sales events) as carrier delays may occur beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders; details of such promotions will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that free shipping only applies to standard delivery and does not cover expedited shipping or additional services.
Dining furniture is bulky and requires special packaging to prevent damage during transit. We use high-quality, durable materials such as thick cardboard, foam padding, and protective wraps to secure each piece. Every item undergoes a thorough inspection before packaging to ensure it is free from defects. Despite our best efforts, if your furniture arrives damaged, please follow the claims process outlined below.
Upon receiving your delivery, carefully inspect the packaging and the item itself. If there is visible damage to the packaging or the furniture, take clear photos of the damage, the shipping label, and the entire package. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage, providing your order number and the photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund after verifying the damage with our carrier. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in delayed or denied claims.
We do not offer expedited shipping for dining furniture at this time, due to the size and weight of the items. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers specializing in large and heavy items, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address, and you will need to coordinate with the carrier directly.
For undelivered orders due to failed delivery attempts, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the item from a local facility. If the order is not claimed within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and a restocking fee may apply if you wish to receive a refund for the returned item.
