Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of dining tables, chairs, and sideboards. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order, and this policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging items. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the conditions stated below.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and assembly parts intact. Minor signs of inspection (such as opening the package to check the product) are acceptable, but any damage caused by use, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions will invalidate the return or exchange eligibility.
Custom-made or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective or damaged. Clearance or final sale items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
For standard returns (due to personal preference, size mismatch, or color dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or higher value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference before the exchange item is shipped. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, and report the issue within 48 hours. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first complete the required request process through the designated channel on the website. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted or processed.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will verify if it meets the return conditions. For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are not in compliance with this policy, such as being returned after the 30-day window, missing parts, or showing excessive use. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
