Do your products come in different colors or finishes? Order & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order? Order processing takes 2-4 business days, followed by standard shipping which takes 5-10 business days for most locations. Remote areas may take an additional 2-3 days. Peak seasons or backordered items may cause delays, and you will be notified via email of estimated delivery times for such orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please submit your request promptly. Once processing is complete, we cannot alter the order, and you will need to follow our return procedure if you no longer want the item.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy for dining furniture? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and properly packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items damaged during transit or defective products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged? Inspect your delivery immediately. If there is damage, take clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, then report it within 48 hours. We will verify the damage with our carrier and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Assembly
Do your dining tables, chairs, or sideboards require assembly? Most of our furniture requires minimal assembly. Detailed instructions and necessary tools are included in the package. Assembly time varies by product—chairs and small tables typically take 15-30 minutes, while larger tables or sideboards may take 1-2 hours. Complex items may recommend two people for assembly.
